Our Terms & Conditions for buying tickets online

When you purchase tickets online you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.  Please print this out and bring it to the performance as this will act as your ‘e-ticket’.  Without the printout you will not be able to attend the show.

To cancel a booking please email us no later than 5 days before the performance.  Please include details of the online transaction so we can trace your booking.  If we are able to re-sell your tickets you will receive a full refund.

Secure credit card payments are made through PayPal using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and you can view their security details here.

Payments are processed through PayPal and you can view their privacy policy here.  We do not collect any personal information directly.  We only receive information from PayPal that will enable us to process your order.  This information is kept private and not shared with any third party

The newsletter will be produced as and when necessary to inform subscribers of website updates, forthcoming productions etc.  Subscription to this service is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time.  Your email address will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third party.
